Partners |

better serve you, we have entered into contractual agreements with several companies
who will be providing to you certain of the services identified on the Bank's

Inc. will be providing to you all investment related services and IPay Inc. will
be providing bill payment services. To the extent you avail yourself of these
services, you agree that such services are not being provided by the Bank and
that any claim you might have regarding the services must be directed to and satisfied
by the company providing the service and not the Bank. Although we refer to the
referenced companies as our "Partners", you should be aware that our relationship
with these companies is contractual only, and there is no legal partnership in

provided by, Uvest Investment Services, Inc. are not obligations of or guaranteed
by Ascencia. Investments are not bank deposits and are not insured by the
FDIC or any other entity, and are subject to risks, including possible loss of

Agreement, together with all disclosures (see About

loan, account or other written customer agreements, constitutes the entire agreement
between you and the Bank with respect to the included subject matter and supersedes

Kentucky, United States of America and, therefore, in relation to its web site,
the Bank complies with Kentucky and federal law. If you are located outside of
